About Me.

Sharing with you what I have learned, after overcoming 3 cancer experiences, allows me to help you find your optimum health and happiness... without having to go through such grueling experiences as I did.

You will notice that I put these words into caps lock and made them BOLD to emphasise this point. Prevention isn't the sexiest of health "isms" but it is the best one by far. When you are on the other side of it you wished you made better choices for yourself - you regret the things you did that might have compromised your health, until suddenly your health wasn't there anymore.

Like most people, especially young men, I thought I was invincible. It took me getting cancer 3 times in the space of 3.5 years to realize I had no idea what I was doing. Because of my gymnastics background of over 14 years I felt indestructible, unbreakable would actually be a better term despite fracturing my spine. My body felt powerful, like I could do anything. Truth was, there wasn’t anything I couldn’t do – with that unbreakable mindset and strength within me I was capable of anything.

That was, until one day at work my stomach felt like it was going to explode, that’s when my world changed.

I thought I was a healthy person, by normal standards perhaps I was – I was a very active person, ate plenty of ‘good’ food, followed advice from medical professionals because, well, I thought that was the right thing to do. Little did I know, piece by piece, I had been destroying my body over the years. I was inviting in the diseases, the illness and the pain that came with it. I didn’t know any better, mainly because I was too ignorant to believe otherwise.

So what does one do when faced with this situation? Take matters into their own hands of course. It took me a long time to understand that I am in control and only I am responsible for my health. No one else, no matter how many initials they have after their name, could control this for me.

At the end of the day we are responsible for everything – every decision – every action – has a consequence. Whether it’s a good or bad consequence is your choice and you better be prepared for what follows.

Prevention will always be better than the cure, especially in my case. The ‘cure’ is pure poison which kills more people than it heals. When you come across a treatment with those kinds of results you really have to question why you would do it, there has to be a better option, and if you search in the right places, there is.

It’s called nutrition. Doctors will tell you nutrition plays very little to no part in ‘curing’ cancer, what a load of rubbish!

Nutrition is the most powerful treatment on the plant. When you are eating the right foods and yes following certain protocols, you will drastically lower your chances of getting any disease.

Since 2012, that’s exactly what I have done. I changed my lifestyle, changed my eating habits and gradually I started feeling amazing. I took back control of my health and studied my food, what was working, what didn’t agree with me and what I could add in to make me feel even better.

The results?

I was healthy enough and strong enough (mentally and physically) to walk the Inca Trail in 2013 in Peru.

You get out what you put in. so are you going to keep putting in crap to get crap results or are you going to make the change, give your body the right food to get the best results out of yourself every day?

Choice is yours, only you can decide to make the change.
